Cassandra (affectionately known as Figgy) is based in the picturesque Yarra Valley, Victoria and is a true country girl at heart.  Give her lush landscapes and alpacas any day (Ok , and maybe Chlôe boots too).  She is most at home dreaming, creating, experimenting and cooking, and with her astonishing eye for detail and style, Cass loves nothing more than to share this gift, and her specific expertise with her clients.  Details are paramount, taste and experience even more so.

Cass believes abundantly in the power of collaboration and sharing life's adventures with others.  Cass has most recently collaborated in projects alongside, Conde Naste Traveller, Brown Brothers, Kinfold, Stephanie Somebody, Capi, Maxwell Willams and with Firecracker Events for Joyce and Louise's wintery take home dinner pop up.  Cass has also had her creations featured in such magazines as Vogue Brides Australia, Hooray, White and Hello May and also additionally worked in partnership with The Design Files as a Tasty Tuesday contributor.

Cass's signature cakes speak for themselves with their simple yet memorable aesthetic.  Guests have been known to rave about the flavour of her cakes and the abundance of her spreads, long after an event's finishing time!
